I have tried everything listed here to no avail as well as adding malware blockers,and even deleting most of my often used apps. Such apps need the permissions to draw over other apps. You can remove the permission for that app in Application manager. But if for whatever reasons, you cannot uninstall the app right now, you may try to block it.
